Penny has been working with us since the opening of the practice in 2009. As a Medical Office Assistant, she assists in caring for patients and providing support for both them and their families. She is here to serve as a medical assistant to Leanne Young-Fritchie, by providing general health care practices for patients.  She helps patients understand their medications, medical conditions and any special instructions given to them by their medical provider. She helps ensure that patients get the care they need by assisting them in deciding on their treatment options and creating care plans specific to the patient's needs. As a care coordinator, she systematically tracks tests, referrals, care transitions and care gaps for higher quality patient care, lower costs, and improved patient safety.
